COVID-19 Changes Voter Dialogue
Our last Elecurator post highlighted the dominant issues of this election cycle being discussed on Twitter. Civil rights and discrimination topped that list for February through the first week of March. The second week of March, however, introduced new issues to the conversations.
Check out the most frequently occurring words in tweets about Democratic candidates. Words and phrases related to the COVID-19 pandemic are highlighted in purple so you can see how their prevalence changed over the course of the week.
We will post a deeper analysis of the changing issues landscape later this week. Until then, continue the discussion on Twitter with the hashtag #elecurator.
